I help self-aware, sensitive women who’ve done the inner work—but still freeze, fawn, or overexplain—learn to regulate their nervous system and speak with calm, grounded power after trauma, people-pleasing, or toxic relationships.

There was a time when I spiraled into anxiety, I kept loosing my voice in toxic relationships, and used perfection and achievement to survive. I could track every habit, hit every goal—but still walked away from conversations feeling small and unsure of what just happened.

It wasn’t until I stopped managing everyone else’s emotions and started managing my own that things began to shift.

Healing my nervous system gave me clarity. Studying power gave me discernment. Together, they helped me rebuild my voice—calm, clear, and no longer tied to who approved of it.

Now I teach the tools I wish I had—so you can stop shrinking, overthinking, and leaking energy in conversations that matter… and start speaking with the kind of quiet strength that protects your peace and honors your truth.

Meet Kenzie

I was always the one people called “shy.” The one who felt deeply, thought carefully, and rarely felt fully understood.

Even when I worked hard, achieved a lot, and did everything “right”—I still felt invisible. Especially in conversations that mattered.

In a toxic relationship, I lost my voice completely. So I went on a full-scale healing journey: therapy, EMDR, trauma work, getting baptised in a river, meditation with monks in Thailand, quitting alcohol, healing my relationship with food, and rebuilding my nervous system from the ground up.

But even after all that—I still struggled to speak with calm, anchored confidence. I didn’t just want to talk. I wanted to speak with presence.

So I studied communication like my life depended on it. I cried in Toastmasters meetings. Froze in conversations. Kept showing up anyway. Over time, I discovered what no one had taught me: how to speak with emotional regulation, strategic clarity, and grounded strength—even in the most triggering moments.

Now, I help women just like me: highly sensitive, insightful women who’ve done the work—but still feel shaky in conversations.
